Step One: Meeting
I like to have a complimentary meeting to discuss the project and be sure that we are well matched. It is an opportunity to get to know each other, assess the project and see if the chemistry is right for us to work together. This is a relationship and we should be a good fit to embark on this creative and collaborative journey. It’s important to be able to visualize the client’s needs and wishes. At that time we would discuss billing practices as well as the process.
Should we decide to work together I would follow this meeting with a letter outlining our agreement, a deposit would be tendered and the process would begin.
Step Two: Planning
In about 2-4 weeks a presentation is made with floor plans, furniture and fabric selections and other materials as the project requires.
Step Three: Pricing, and presentation of proposals.
All orders are tracked and will be held at the receiving warehouse until all items for the residence are received. All shipments will be inspected by both the designer and the receiver.
Step Four: Installation
We will handle every aspect of the installation so that the when the client returns they will enter to find a fully outfitted room without the hassle of dealing with myriad vendors and multiple components.
